Core app use
The app does not require a separate account. Daily devotional, Bible reading, bookmarks, notes, highlights, memory practice, and local study tools can be used without connecting AI.

For help with My Bible Companion, send a support request and include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Cloud sync
Cloud sync is optional. On Android, enabled study data syncs through your private Google Drive app-data area. On Apple platforms, it syncs through your private iCloud account. Check the relevant Google or Apple account settings if sync appears delayed.
AI study
AI study is optional and uses a bring-your-own-key model. If AI requests fail, confirm your provider, API key, model selection, and provider account limits.
Audio Bible
Audio Bible playback requires network access for the supported online audio source. Background playback uses iOS media controls where available.
Optional giving
Support gifts are optional and do not unlock extra app features. Visit the Giving FAQ to learn how Apple handles payments and how support helps the app continue improving.
